It runs on free-tier cloud infrastructure, so it costs nothing to use. Every feature is free for every rider.

Sell your data
Your rides, your location and your contacts are not for sale. To anyone.
Add tracking SDKs
No third-party analytics or tracking code in the app. This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other servers.
Record your voice
The intercom is relayed live and discarded. It is never stored.
Share your location outside your group
Only your ride group sees you, only during the ride. In an emergency you raise, helpers from other groups see the minimum. Privacy policy.
Charge riders
No subscription and no paid tier.
Where it stands
An early project. Honestly.
Coroute is young and made by volunteers. Some things are missing, and some will change.
- Platform
- Android only, version 6.0 or newer. No iOS version yet.
- Current version
- 3.15. Crash detection, emergency texts and help from nearby riders are new since 3.15, so treat them with care.
- Nearby help
- Works only where other Coroute groups are riding. On most roads today, that may be nobody.
- Maps
- Map data from OpenStreetMap contributors.
- Where data lives
